I don't know if the bear is having a little fun or if he's hungry...but, I'll bet the guy doesn't much like it either way.

I've seen a polar bear in the wild on a canoe trip on the tundra on hudson bay.....1/4 mile away was close enough for me! There's nowhere to run on the tundra...no where to hide  :yikes:
