Just wondering why you want to do a body lift? I did it to help clear the sliders & before doing the sas. After the sas I thought it was too high. I'm glad I took it off.
I was going to do a body lift till i could afford to sas the runner.Thought it might be cheaper and easier to do.I'm still kinda new to the whole 4x4 scene.I was mostly into minitrucks then went to sport compact scene.

:smack: I will fix it  :hammerhead:

I got the bumper used from Toydanota. He bobbed the bed on his truck & had to shorten the bumper. At least I didn't have to cut the exhaust.

You didn't miss any thing. I got side tracked while posting.

Here is th 3rd row seat I picked up at the Pacific Mountain Land Cruisers sawp meet. It's the back seat out of a Subaru Brat. Got some hand grips for the kids to hang on to.

The seats aren't bolted in yet. I just got the seats yesterday. I have to take the speaker box out I move the seats forward. Also, I don't think I'm going to put the top back on. It's not going to be a daily driver anymore. It's going to be a street legal trail rig since I have the 89 pick up & the other 87 4Runner to drive.

thats cool then, should work out nicely, so you have any plans of adding a cage to protect rear most passengers?

Not much left to do.
1. The passenger side slider
2. Front bumper (I'm going to use the one from the 89 )
3. Install the winch
4. Swap out the tranny & t-case
5. Swap engines
6. Bolt the 3rd row seats in
7. Redo the stereo (again  :smack: )

That's all I can think of right now.

I took the bumper off the 89 & put it on. I figured the 89 doesn't need it right now & it looked  :ack: on a stock truck . I also got the driver side slider back on.

I was trying to figure out the turn signals. There isn't a good place to mount turn signals to this bumper & trying to keep them protected. I was going to make the corner marker light the turn signal but it doesn't look like there is enough room for the 1156 bulb. I tried to find a smaller bulb but the next size down that would fit wouldn't be brite enough. I came up with some L.E.D.s to mount. I will be hooking those up next week.

Have you checked out truck stop stores? They sometimes have different style led lights and stuff that you might be able to use.

I already bought the lights, just haven't put them on.
