wired up the 3rz using the ORS harness last night and can say that that was the most simple mod ever, fully worth the money in sooo many ways.  I'd say a 1 day 22re to 3rz swap would be 100% doable for a skilled capable person with the right tools.  Truck is starting to come along finally now that the body is on
