forgot to mention the 20r has been recently rebuilt by me. it has probably 200-300 mile on it. striped it all down, had it bored 20 over, new pistons, all new bearings, reconditioned the rods, reground the crank and cam (redline cranks and cams), i reground the valves and the hole head when i was in school, pretty much everything got redone. runs like a champ besides my weber ...its alright :therethere:

the rest of the pics
rear end..

steering box mount that Still needs put on

front end

front driveline that needs cut apart

front and rear...the rear is cut to lenght for the duals right now. im just waiting on a piece of metal to slide inside the shafts to weld it back together. my step dad is making a piece that fits perfectly inside to slide the 2 pieces back together. this wont be a permenant fix. but it will work for now :eyebrow:

quick question  What kind of GM vehicle did the distributor come from, did you have to modify any of the electrical to get it to work? Do you know the output on it?

the gm ignitor is just a standard 4 wire GM HEI ignitor.... any parts store knows what they are... the 2 wires coming from the distributor go to the side with a G & W and the other 2 connectors get 12v. & GND.... they are labeled as well.... these ignitors are much more dependable than the stock toyota unit....

TIMS89CRAWLER

no he is talking about the distributor ignitor mounted to the inside fender well... you can use these rather than the stock piece of :pokinit: toyota ignitor which are always having problems....

i also put in this piece of 2x3 and capped off the rear of the frame when i had the bed off...i had to get rid of the stock piece of junk crossmember in the rear

i also put some 1 in. tube in the corners for extra support and they'll work great for rocklight mounts when i get some :eyebrow:
