update:

nothing exciting but i got my rear window switch and rear wiper switch remounted to above my deck. ill take a pic and post it tomorrow. and tomorrow i want to get my external fuse box mounted and run power to it from my bat. hopefully it doesnt take to long to run one wire around my toy and thorugh the firewall....but then again ive never gone thourgh my wall

any tips?

and since i need rear shocks im thinking of ordering these 5150 Bilstein Gas Pressurized Shocks
and moving the 5125s that i got with my sas kit to the rear....just a thought though or i mihgt just order two more 5125s 14"

Get a knife and cut a tiny slit on the left hand side (same side as the battery) in the rubber grommit that the EFI wires go thru the firewall, take off the left side kick panel (pass side) run wire down thru it and run across under neath dash holding up against whatever with small zip ties and run it up to your desired location of the switch.

In your case mount the fuse block somewhere and then run the wire from the fuse thru the small slit in the firewall and then run across. Thats the cleanest way to do it. Now if you look under my hood its just ran across the firewall in the engine bay and down thru where the hood latch goes through the firewall.

i have a tech ? with wireing and what not....

so i was looking at my POS remote for my pos alarm system. is there a way i can run a wire to some connector somewhere with my alarm system so run my auxilary button on the remote. and then run that to my rock lights so when i want to turn them on i can push a botton if im not inside it?

im sure it possible but i want a def. yes/no and what would it require if the answer is a yes

but i still want to be able to run a switch on my dash to turn them on and off as well

Ill give you a yes, but I would say to get a voltage tester and find the wire that turns on your lights when you push the button....  The good part is they will shut off with your lights and a push of the button will get ya another 30sec.... well thats the way it works with my car.   Although im not sure if this wire would be hot when your lights are normally on....  But I would think that if you wire it to the hot wire in your alarm then it would go dead when the alarm is not doin something...   Ahh just some blabberin from a kid in the middle of finals who hasnt slept in a week, but hey it makes sence to me!!

after i posted that i was thinking that my unlock button could be the turn on and lock could be turn off...for wheelin and finding it in the dark or if i get lost and turned around somewhere while walking, i could just hit a button and find my rig

ANd thats what I had in mind is when you push your lock unlock buttons lighting everything up....  Would be pretty sweet!!!

They make a relatively cheap remote on/off switch for cars that can have up to like 3 outputs. Its pretty nifty. Kyle jerk-weg (depweg) had it on his  honda. It was sick actually. He had it on the stereo (flip up dvd) some undergroudn lights and something else. It worked for a good distance too.

no i threw down some 6011 got pissed at that, and then i grinded some of my shock hoop mounts so when i weld them on they sit flush
