Buena Vista Carnage CO 8/11/07
« on: Aug 14, 2007, 01:03:19 PM »
Trail Length - 0.88 of a mile
Time it took us to get 5 rigs through it - 12 HOURS :eeek:

Ranked as CO's 3rd toughest trail (Tied with Patriot - Indy), it's the last time I try a trail like that on 33" crappy bald tires.  Those rocks are huge :saw:

Here's our entire trip thread
BV Carnage

Here's a couple of pictures and video of the trail

More pics

This was where I got the majority of my body damage.

It felt little tippy but wasn't too bad.  After looking at the pictures, that's some crazy angle!

Yup, he did!  All of us ran out of water by the end of the day.  He would have been even worse off losing water that early in the day

Cool video.  Do you know what gearing the white 4Runner is running.  Going through v-notch it looked like he had the perfect speed.  Maybe it's an auto?

that looks like a sweet trail!  How would you say that it compares to upper helldorado or coyote canyon in Moab?

I've never ran either of those trails but I'm guessing this trail would be close.  Nothing like the waterfall on Helldorado though :)   I would bet those two trails are maybe a notch above BV Carnage.
