Go duals, this will help solve your problem :gap:

You can shim the axles to point the pinions to the transfer case  :twocents:

Um...rotate your perches, or shims, or duals, or just run it.

With shims: http://4crawler.com/4x4/ForSale/Shims.shtml

They go between the axle perches and springs.

Also, you could try shorter shackles (if you're running longer ones) and a drop spring hanger. The spring hanger involves some fab work, but it's not bad.

Just make sure you weld the shims to your perches. Do not make them part of the spring pack.

If you're using an angle finder on you pinion, and you got 20 degrees, then that's your base. Now rotate the pinion to where it needs to be, and check the angle again and subtract the 2 numbers. You should only need anywhere from 1 to 5 degrees I'd think.

For example: 20 degrees (wrong angle) - 24 degrees (corrected angle) = 4 degrees

(yeah, that math would actually get you -4 degrees, but you get the point)

Cause it's a cheap way to get the thing up in the air. And rediculous I might add...
