approximate drive shaft lenght for front shaft

i have an 85 runnner single case with marlins 5" front springs anyone have an idea as to how long the front shaft would be... i would like to have at least an idea so if my driveline guys ask me what i want it at i can at least have some idea

No idea. I can tell you the length with duals though. ;)

If you are ever planning to run duals I would do it now, so you only have to make one front shaft.

The driveshaft is as long as the distance from flange to flange.
