 Wait for local Jeep rescue team to show up... :therethere:..  Cost:  A few :thank you" 's to the guys and  :bowdown: Dinner and movie for Girlfriend.. It's not so bad I got to see "300"..

You might have had a slim chance, I said slim chance, of getting out on your own if you had better tires!  But we are talking about jeep here!  Isn't the Jeep Liberty the most trail ready vehicle out there?

Mr. and Mrs. V, if they still have the Granton Mud Run you should enter the 'A' class and see how you would do in 4' of mud aaannnnd it's only 200' long.

same crap happened tome... just bought a brand new sequoia went to the snow... it was a little too deep and the front deflector thing under the front end caught up on the snow.. .had to get some one to pull us out... if i'd had my 4runner.. that wouldnt hav happend...no way...

  No all the power from the engine was going to the left front tire...It was sitting the front diff or something and the wheel was just hanging in the air..

 Who the hell's brilliant idear was it to think a Jeep LIBERTY could do anything but sink in that muck! Especially with those tires!

That makes about as much sense as Glen wheeling his sister's minivan at Little Rock.

   Was not even on a traill.  Just driving around the dirt road at the beach.. The road that goes around the end of the point that CARS drive around on. :dunno:

It appears by the some of the pics you had alternate routes, you did not have to go through that obviously soupy area.
You're lucky those guys pulled you out, I'd have a hard time justifying pulling out some goober that got their mall crawler stuck in an area they obviously didn't belong.
And is that even a proper strap? It looks like a tie-down strap.

that same thing happened to me. i took my dads ford escape fishin and on our way back me and my buddie got stuck in a mudhole. it took like an hour and six people to get us out.
