is $650 too much for a complete "85 front axle? (axle found!!!)

if u dont mind paying shipping u could buy my spare 85 housing with most of the parts minus 3rd and birfs, im in colorado. it would need bearings, seals, birfs and shafts and a 3rd, and hubs, and if u wanted to do a brake conv, i could throw in ifs huds and rotors, but i dont have any calipers left

600 is the asking price from the junkheap here in N.miss. but the talkdown price is a bout 450. but you get the whole thing to tha tcase.

I lookin to buy some old piece of shi$ 79-85 yota so I can just sell the parts and tripple my money.

yeah man, i feel ya on that partn thing. few old forgotten beaters could actually hook quite a few people up.
but patients is the key....(that sounds wierd to me cause i work in a dr's office).....so a sale is pending, details and picks as soon as deal is done or dead.....again, thanks for all the input. :thumbs:

yea i am being patient gathering parts for my engine swap......

so i may something lined up.....$500 shipped for 1- Front "85 axle complete hub-2-hub, 1-rear "85 axle complete, 1- used marlin x-over, toyota steering box.

So that is regular used prices adding up to $725

I'd say you're getting a good deal.

That 85 rear axle is the narrow rear and not worth paying for. The rear will be good for the 3rd but otherwise it is just scrap. If this is a package deal it might me worth it but if I were paying shipping on this stuff I would leave out the rear housing and axles/brakes to save some money.

well fellas, my deal was finalized and heres what i got. 85 front and rear axles are complete, marlin x-over, extra birf, a hub and a socket for the knuckle. the sky mfg truss i got a few weeks ago. good lookn out you guys, all the info much appreciated  :thumbs: , and as i acquire goodies on a mean and  pricey parts list i will keep yall updated.   :wave:

naw, not too hard once i found where i was supposed to be. it took a hot minute, but then again, i only had the one pallet and there were shipments of like 50+ pallets so i know the game....big $$$ b4 lil' $$$. i am still gathering goodies for the build and when it begins, many pics. MANY PICS!
