I dunno.  Sorry.  I guess I just don't get why she deserves to be disrespected in death, anymore than anyone else does.  I'm a HUGE Marilyn Monroe fan as well.  But seriously.....Marilyn was famous for being sexy.  She, too, was a model, got naked for Playboy, had affairs with married men, and died of an overdose.  She really wasn't a terrific actress either.  The difference is, she was the first to be outlandishly sexy.  In her time, her actions were hugely controversial and all that :pokinit: as well.  But she's an icon and we regard her because she was the first.

Oh well.  I'm done now.  Yes it's stupid to put these people on a pedestal, and no they aren't any more special than you are.  I just don't understand why we need to go out of our way to make a thread to ridicule her.  She's dead now.  Of course the media is going to have a hay day.  Don't watch it.  You don't have to care.  It'll die down eventually and they'll go back to the extra special reports of Britney not wearing any panties.

so i was told the other day that the reason she killed herself is because the DNA of her newest born matched her son (... in other words.. the father of the baby is... yep)
