i heard it on the radio earlier

i saw a thing a few minutes ago on CNN

it said the cause is under investigation and an autopsy will be done on Friday...

something about her nurse found her, and called the hotel where they were at and security came up and something along those lines

she died like 4-5 hours ago now...

I would like to take this opportunity to climb up on my soapbox here and say.......

Come on now folks...no need to ridicule a dead woman.  We might not all agree with her life choices, but how many of us really knew her, or even took the time to watch any sort of life documentary, other than tabloid headlines?  I am an Anna Nicole fan, and I personally think she was a very troubled and misunderstood person.

Anyway, the police and medical examiner news conference today said illegal drugs were not involved, and there was no sign of foul play.  And of COURSE she was on anti-depressants--her son just died and she just had a baby.  That doesn't make her a horrible person.  But it also said she's had flu-like symptoms for several days before her death.  I actually know a lady who died accidentally due to a lethal mix of anti-depressants and over-the-counter cold medicine.  Many people aren't aware of the risks.  I have a feeling Anna's death was pretty similar.

At any rate.....she certainly was no Sadaam Hussein or someone whose death calls for celebration.  She never hurt anyone.  Let's just let her rest in peace.

My first thoughts of her were...Wow, what a set of dinners! I never thought she was a Marilyn Monroe look-alike...but she had a rack!
I grew to think of her as the poster child for white trash, until I saw her do an interview after her son died. That was the first time I saw her as anything more that a wreck waiting to happen.
I came to see her as a person trapped in "our" media crazed world, the "American Idol" mentality. Unfortunately, "we" had low expectations of her and she never failed to live down to them. She was...somebody's little girl, somebody's mommy and, as is too frequently the case with those celebrities "we" exalt, as wasted life.

I thought it was really funny on her reality show when she was wasted at the horse races and she told off Kid Rock and Uncle Kracker  That was good.


She may not have been Saddam Hussein but she sure wasn't a role model.

"No illegal drug were found in her system only prescription drugs" so what? did the job didnt it? methadone zanex and vicodan, part of a well balanced diet
