Obviously they don't have tire coverage rules.

And they love their boggers too! I bet all the parts houses just stock the crap out of all the needed bearings for rebuilds on a monthly basis. And those rigs look as if they never been offroad for sure. Should go over there and show them what its all about. And see their faces when we come back with their rigs all scratched and dented up.

Ten minute long video of mostly 'Yotas in Hawaii and I think I saw only 1 truck with the stupid tires. Proof that they are not "necessary for Hawaiian wheeling" and that they actually have "normal" rigs there too, haha

We have normal rigs too. The pig hunters will show you what a stock Yota is capable of, but pictures are frowned upon around here. Selling out the area and all that.

Rigs like the drop bracket long travel are for the ice dealers. And the spoiled kids w/ mommy and daddys money. Both groups don't know a functional rig when they see one.

It's ugly but it's actually a really nice truck. This style "skatin" and "Show Off Morotsports" style "big lift, big wheels and small tires" trucks are all over this valley.

I dunno if it is an event or not. Wide boggers are everywhere though. Long travel not so much. Usually Fabtech.

Hawaiiains like to cruise. Meaning drive around or sit at the beach and drink beer. You can bet if there is one truck there, others are too, and they'll be lined up. Parked like at a show.

And when it is a few or more guys you don't know, personal safety says, keep your negative comments to yourself. Unless you like to fight.

As far as are Jeeps safe to drive and the people that drive them not knowing the dangers, that could be said about any vehicle and any one driving it, especially any high center of gravity vehicle long or short wheelbase. I've seen plenty of people driving big SUV's that don't belong in them, get back in your Civic.
