This is mostly a feeler thread to see if anyone is interested in my Runner.  I'm not thinking of selling it because there is something wrong or I don't like it.  I just get ideas od building other things in my head but of course I don't have the money to build them.

What it has
87 SR5 with every option available
4 cyl 5sp

-Fresh rebuilt (less than 500 miles) 22RE with all smog and nearly all vacume lines removed
-NWOR Header Ceramic coated, hallowed out cat with a Turbo mufler (wanna be Flowmaster)
-Dual 2.28's with Marlin Adapter
-Trail Gear Crossmember
-High Angle Front D-Shaft
-Rear axle has Marlin Crawler Setup v6 E-locker with Cable conversion from Downey
-Front axle is a 85 with a fresh complete rebuild with ALL bearings replaced.  FJ vented rotors with IFS Calipers and new pads.  30 Spline Longfields and Marlin Steering studs.  TG diff armor and my own built knuckle gussets.  V6 ARB with Yukon 5.29's
-It has OBA with a 4+ gallon tank.  The compressor is a Toyota AC pump.  It works extremely well

Suspension
-Hybrid rear pack up front with Rancho 9000 shocks
-Mazda 2wd rear springs with a buggy leaf and 2" blocks Rancho 5000

The 4Runner in general runs really good.  I take a lot of pride in what I build and own.  It does need a couple things that I was planning on doing to fix it up a little bit better.  Currently the power windows don't work, so I was planning on putting manual windows just to simplify wireing and allow me to put half doors in the summer easier.

Extra parts that I would sell with it are
-spare drivers side door
-replacement drivers side fender
-2 sets of stock rear leaf springs (to build a new front pack)

I would consider trades for stock Tacomas 97 or newer with an extended cab 2wd or 4wd

I'll start at $10,000

before I put my number up I want to see what you think if your interested

I will post up more pictures later.

Its a nicely built 4runner but the price is too high to generate any serious interest.

well it depends on the buyer.

If you looked how much a guy would spend on building a new one it would cost you around 12,000+

I really do understand when you guys say its price high and I would never get what I'm asking.  My price is a starting point.    I bought the runner for 6 grand and put another 7+ into it.  Its still a loss and before I'd think of parting it and making more from it I just thought I'd post it as it right now.

gotrocks

well its not for sale anymore.

I bought a little 88 Subaru GL-10 Wagon for a DD.  It was cheap and its 4wd.  It even has a 4wlo.  I'll post up pics sometime.
