Try doing a little searching, I know it's here somewhere

Per that thread, 2.5 qts for dual t-cases. I have almost 3 in mine so far and going to check it again.  I'm expecting it to take closer to 3.5 qts.  Takes a good bit of time for the gear oil to work its way into the crawler box when filling it up though the rear fill plug.

Good suggestion I heard is to fill up the crawl box though that shifter, and wait for it to drain out the rear t-case fill plug.  Takes time to get though that bearing so wait till it stops draining.

Thanks for the link, I'll print it for my bible.  Just want to compare notes, My toyota bible shows Manual trans  4.5 qts  /  T-case  3.4 qts and I read somewhere in the fourm that the c-box took 1.0 qts and the T-case took 2.0 qts.  My bible also shows front diff at 2.0 qts and the rear diff at 2.5 qts.  But I guess to be correct I'll just have to fill at the fill plugs.  Thanks for the great info.  But I'm just going to fork out somemore cake to buy those new HD front axles and those cool inner shafts.  Thanks again.

L52=2.5-3  then check

crawlbox, - 1 dumped into shifter hole
tcase - 2.5 dumped thru shifter hole

then  use the fill hole  to check  levels, but that will get you very close
