I hope so...I am going to a local toyota guy this week to see if he has a killed 3rd gen x-cab I can scavage from him for free or cheap. All I need is a firewall and a floor. I want to use it for mock up

 :beerchug: good luck
I'm going yota JUST so I can buy from Marlin more.

So, FedEx came by the house today. Again. And once again, they left me a present.

I opened it and guess what was inside?   SWEET! My 6-lug centers!

I finally took the time to breakout the grinder and smooth up the edges where I plasma cut the factory 8-lug centers out. When I cut them out I couldn't cut close enough tho the edge without a risk of cutting too much out(geez, that sounded repetative). It left about a 1/8 of an inch all the way around...it took me about 30min and 1.5 grinder discs

BIG UPDATE!

My wheels have gone on a trip to Charlotte to have the 6-lug centers welded in! I should have them back in a week or so. :D

I have been bending tube like an insane person and tonight I finally got started putting it all together!

An idea of what it'll look like

pic 8... the cage seems to be alittle tall in the rear. im assuming you have a good reason, but i have no clue what it might be.

I don't know how I'm going to do it yet but I have to have a support in there somehow.

Not the looks, it is the drop in moment of inertia at a point mear the max chassis moment I am worried about.

More progress!
I got the driverside rail in tonight! The main pieces that everything will tie into are now on!

This was a pain in the ass to get equal. It took a big level, chain'd come-a-long, a sissor jack, a new fabbed tool, a ratchet strap and some cussing

Just gotta make sure...

I haven't decided on my WB exactly...my tubing is all 1 3/4 DOM. I'm not doing an exo...my bed will tie in through the back of the cab into the internal cage for rigidity
