no prob on the air.  i was glad his was close that way i didn't have to dig mine out.  did you guys get your tow rig boxed in?  when we left i noticed his tow rig was boxed in by a truck/trailerin the back and a maroon car in the front

jason needs hydro assist real bad.  i also heard he exploded a rag joint, but that was through the grapevine

ya we were boxed in. it was pretty lame. we had to track down the owner of the car but it didnt take to long. all those people partying over there had been there since thursday. my first night there we camped at that spot cause we got in at midnight and slept in the popup camper. they came over and were telling us how they were going to be there till tuesday or wednesday. i dont know how you could just sit up there for a week doing literally nothing. then they came over and said there locals and told us how the beginning of the rubicon was right there and that we should go sometime or something. i was like, i didnt drive 3 1/2 hrs plus to sit right here and camp. i could have driven 20 minutes up the road to the forest and "just" camped if i wanted to......it was kinda funny.

ya those guys came over when we came in on friday morning.  they looked like they had partied a little too hard for the last month.  that chick was hurtin.  the one guy said he was building a f-toy.  said it was  # 25 chassis

  Made it through with no real problems.  I did blow up the rag joint, but we cut a small square of steel and replaced the rubber piece with it.  Works just fine now.  Need to brace my bumpstops a little more (no surprise there) and replace the shocks, blew the seals pretty quickly on them.
Hydro assist is needed, and I also need to rebuild the king pins.  I bent a front main leaf, so I want to replace that as well.  Over all, I'm really happy with how the truck did on its maiden voyage on tons.  No big problems, just a bunch of little stuff

you too! Yeah, we had some problems, had a few more going out the next day (the scout had some fuel problems, still not entirely sure what they are/were, they seem to have fixed themselves  )  I had to tow the scout the last 6 miles or so out Cadillac.

I'd wheel it how it is now, but I'm going to pull the PS box, rebuild it and tap it for hydro assist, rebuild my king pins, and finish up my beadlocks.  Oh yeah, and mabye fix my drivers side slider

Thanks Chris.  I'm happy with how it turned out, just have some small stuff to do and it'll be dialed.  I need to rebuild the kingpins, do hydro, and replace my broken hub, and the drivetrain will be dialed.

Looks good Jason . Looks like it worked well too , nice work  A couple of things to take care of and you're done . How do you like the stability ? , Any plans on bigger meats ?  it looks good , I just know how big axles tend to like to grab rocks as they try to go over them . Good job on the whole thing dude

I'm planning on going to 40s in the next year or so, or 38s.  Kinda depends on what deals I can find and whats on CL. 

I love the stability, and love the SA   I walked so much stuff that I remember having to work hardo n with the IFS.
