are you gonna do a manual swap, 22re swap into the 2nd gen?
i'm lookin for an IFS to SAS  right now all i'm concerned with is a decent frame and we're gonna go from there pretty much.  I bought this truck for the transfer case, the brand new aisin hubs, a decent bed, the rear, and i have my fingers crossed that the motor is still good.  it took a pretty good hit to the front.  so no, my 87 already has a manual in it....but if the motor is good in this one then i might look into putting it in my 87 once the 22r pukes.

wow  ewww ahhhh    can i have it
yep!  900 bux

yeah i've been known to throw a couple one footed tables flat enough that you could eat dinner off of.   if you guys ever get to Lock Haven i'll be glad to show ya the Beury Patch

thanks for the info on the boggers....i got em used and the front two are pretty perfect but the back two are all wore funny.  that's why i put em on the back.  i'll get them aired down to 20 and see if that straightens em out.

Yeah, their max pressure is 35psi, but if you run them at 35 they will wear the center fast.
I used to run mine at about 18-20.
If you really want them to last, only put them on for the trail, otherwise you will get about 20,000 street miles out of them.

Well.....back to the old drawing board.  Tried to sell this truck and no one wants it.  :headshake:  Didn't really want to part with it anyway, and have to start over with the first gens.

Sooooo now I'm going to try to sell the 2 first generation Toys I have to keep on building this truck and hopefully I will get enough dough to get the 4 inch SAS kit from Marlin. (watch out DTB i'm gonna be catching up soon haha).  I will probably only manage to get enough moola to get the kit and a couple other small things I need to get it installed, but I do already have an 85 front axle and a set of 5.29's so it should be pretty easy to do.

Anyway here's some update pics.  Put the Marlin rear shackles on, because the stock ones didn't cut it, and changed to 36" TSL SX tires.  And if you're on the east coast and lookin for a first gen, let me know.  :cheese:
