Yea man we all had a blast, too bad for you other folks that didn't make it. There was just that much more food for us.  :chew:

We couldn't get cell service up there so we couldn't post for you at home. I have to go trough the pics and find some to put up. Remmember this thread is for the mammoth, but others are welcome too.

We should start a MCR4 picture thread to be fair to everybody.

Have to go remove the seat cover from Mrs W's back side so I will be back later. :haha:

I would agree with Mr. W, if your picture doesn't include the Mammoth it doesn't belong here.  I might have to use a cut-n-paste function since I didn't get to go  :rivers:

Going out Cadilac hill I had trouble keeping the front wheels on the ground at the slab and had it tip back on the spare tire on the step. That's about the same time Mrs w decided to bail. We had to move some of the gear to the front to help keep the front down. After that it wasn't too bad.

We also got a souvenier at gate keeper when I kept rocking onto the side. Other than that I think we did good.

The Mammoth kicked ass all the way. I must say that I was absolutly impressed. The 38's stuff perfectly into those wheel wells and the Nissan 2.4 had the perfect power for the trail. When me and Over Rev were heading out I mentioned to him that the slab on Caddy Creek must have been fun for the mammoth. It was steep! Glad you two made it out in great shape. Looking forward to seeing more pics. Oh and sitting around the fire we were trying figure out what the mammoth is...jeep+toyota+nissan=???

If you haven't already seen it MrW started a MCR4 Story and Pictures Thread as well.

http://board.marlincrawler.com/index.php?topic=15007.0

It's already got a slew of great pics and story's. Can't wait till everybody gets settled in and starts sharing their tales, espcially Infernal, his story has got to top everyone's!!

Well we're getting ready to hit the road again. :driving: Next stop, Fresno again. We're going to stop in to say hi, need to do a little shopping and then dinner with Marlin and Christine.

After that we should be heading to Flagstaff on Tue. hoping to meet Gonzo, then it's onward eastbound.

See you all on the road shortly

Can you play hooky wed.? Is there anywhere near you to do a little trail riding? It doesn't have to be extreme a nice scenic drive would be fun too. We should be in Flagstaff tomorrow, hopefully we can meet Gonzo.
We decided to forgo the grand canyon sight seeing (the mammoth did not like going uphill, I think meeting more crawlerites is more important). so we'll leave Flagstaff first light Wed morning, get to Albuquerque late morning, early afternoon. So if you have somewhere nearby to just cruise around we could do that for a while and then do dinner.
:hyper: better have some frosty margarita's with that HAWT mexican food! :flamer:
We'll definately get you a t-shirt. What size do you want?

Let me see what I can do about a little wheeling on Wednesday afternoon...

We'll take you to the touristy mexican food place- they've got the best (and biggest  :boozer: ) margaritas in town!

Tshirt size XL, please!

Thanks for the invite Fatboy, but it will be all we can do to make it back to FL in time for work at this rate as it is  We'll have to take a raincheck.

Speaking of supper, since we were heading his way on our way out of dodge, Marlin invited us to stop by one last time and go to dinner. Of course we accepted, we got there about 3:30, did some food shopping while we were waiting.

Christine suggested a restaurant called The Elephant Bar. What a great place. Very fun atmosphere, great food and to our surpirse Big Mike joined us

We alll had a great time, laughing and talking, I felt like we were out with family (except there was no arguing  ) sure wish we were closer and could do this more often.  I know MrW was having a great time being able to work with Marlin and Angelo, he was in the shop again for a couple hours when we got back.

So here we are at dinner, you can just see MrW behind my big head. Below that the Czajkowski guys tackle a mudslice!

It was good to talk to ya.  Sorry I couldn't take time to go see ya.  All my vacation is spent.  Hopefully next year I will be able to go to MCR5, that would be awesome.  Have a safe trip and watch out for the storms.
