Our borders are now wide open allowing 10s of thousands of criminals in. We taxpayers are going to "fund" $millions to give the rest of them everything they need.

Our most precious civil liberties are in the toilet and ready to be flushed.

Our businesses are being destroyed by moronic regulations and taxes.

Our personal savings and investments will be slowly liquidated and confiscated.

Inflation is here in full color, same as a tax, everything from food to gasoline, which devastates families of middle-class hard-working Americans.

Violent crime in our American cities is skyrocketing.

Our school children are being brain-washed to believe America is evil.

Defunding our law enforcement is making our neighborhoods unlivable.

Big tech is controlling our lives.

The Middle East terrorist countries are being paid millions of dollars to kill citizens of Israel.

Oh... now Fauci admits the Feds have been paying China to development a virus that will kill millions.  The Wuhan lab is now developing a virus that will target and kill specific races of people.  In the next
5 to 10 years China will release another Covid virus that will kill white Americans and will not infect Chinese DNA.

they will grow up hating anyone else but black people, they will hate us so much they will never respect anyone not of there color, same as asians are now being brought into it.

How about a future where they are not multiple times more likely to be pulled over by police, where there sentences for the same crime is not much linger, where their offers for their houses don't increase hugely if they fake to be white, where it does not need affirmative action for college admission, where banks give out loans on equal terms, where care insurance is not higher, where school districts are not finances by tax income....
Have you seriously thought about any of this?
Please don't answer by saying that crime is also much higher in the black community, because then we are in a circular argument, or Catch22.

That is simply not true. Have you ever pulled a black kid out of their situation, by giving them a job, or enabling their education? There is no hate there. They just want equality, which is currently not provided.
I encourage you to try. Don't pull up the extremist cases, there are millions in between that simply want opportunity. Focusing on the extremists is like measuring you guys by the actions of Timothy McVeigh. See the problem?

I take your questions seriously, but if we want to find a middle ground, we all will have to give some. Im in the real estate world and kno multiple appraisers first hand, yes it can change, one of my properties appraisals 7 years ago when the market was super low I had a property appraised for 75K 82K and 93K, why did it change???
they all mark it on what they believe it to be worth, and that can change with current comps up and down quickly.
I also bought another property that was appraised at 71K I paid 100K because I really liked it and the county came and re appraised it at 120k and charged me 300 to reappraise it, and now charge me taxes at 120K
my point is changes, don't take a blown out of proportion media puch to serious
