Just bought a set of KM2s today. Should last at least 10 years since I won't be daily driving on them Also, a membership into the PNW4x4 association gives you a HUGE discount @4wp
What size did you get
Ask Oops how many bfg he has gone through
Or just tell us....
It was around 20 or so tires. It was the old style BFG muds though.
I'd say that is a statistical outlier and I'd love a chance to personally judge his skill as a driver!
He drives like an old man.
So he can't see those sharp rocks?
never know. lol. I just remember him talking about bringing in like 20 tires to americas tires for coverage
So the bfg is leading my decision closely followed by the mtr and stt in a tie. Solely due to the scientific reason of they look cool.
Thornbirds look pretty cool....
Still trying to decide if you're being sarcastic or not lol my buddy in high school had some and hated them.
I've ran MTRs 1st/2nd gen. Both are badass tires on/off-road. Ran the 1st gen back home in Oahu, Hawaii. It went over reef, rock, sand, rutz, and mud without any problems. Nice rides man! If I went with the BFGs I would probably get the inner lugs siped, any rain issues with the MTR? I think im the only one on the planet that wants the smaller size of the bfg lol 37s=actually like 36sSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
We ran duratracs on the chase trucks and crew buggies when I worked for the forest service. We seemed to go through them pretty often with gashes and flats. The trucks were pretty heavy but it wasnt like we were wheeling them at all
I've never had a problem with hydroplaning with my KM2's. And I used to live in WA and go down to Portland and Salem.
Maybe because my truck is 3000lbs as a DD. Add another 500 when camping!Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
