Its not perfect but its really clean and uncut. Has some minor issues but can be a daily driver.

I would love to, but this is the first year in forever that the wife has a fulltime job. We have always been struggling, and we are able to finally start to pay down some things this year.  Plus I need to start saving  for a new chimney, siding, and windows.
