08 Tacoma 2TR-FE engines

this is the 4 cylinder engine in the 05 and newer tacos. What is being done to modify this engine to get more power out of it? I have been looking around but not finding any information

I have a stock prerunner with a manual transmission. it's pretty nice stock but if there are some reasonable mods that can be done I would love to hear about

The only thing I know of is headers and exhaust, K&N filter and ECU upgrades.
