i know a guy who says he can get a 95 toy 4x4 cheap the thing keeps cracking heads (twice now) i know they had a recall but what was the problem is it the head itself or something else causing it .
it has the 5spd tranny he mainly wants to know if this is something that his son will have to deal with the whole time he owns it

They had issues with bad head gasket designs and poor head castings for awhile but they had the problem taken care of by about 93 I think.  If the truck is cheap enough Id just buy a new radiator for it and make sure everything is ok and go for it.
Full hydro, 186:1 with an auto and 44's what could go wrong??

Finding a '95 5 speed Runner is a very rare truck. About 1 in 1000?
Unless you have a plugged up raidator ect., [on the money again WHITE_TRASH], 3.0 do not just crack heads.

I had a customer in Fresno that cracked 3 heads in a row, thats what you get when you install heads from a cooked wrecking yard core and reuse the plugged up raidator:_oops:

Make sure that you are getting a good replacement head or buy a new one :moon:
