This is an interesting place to ask for advice on "love," but if you have to ask this question then your girlfriend obviously doesn't mean that much to you so I'd go with the truck. It's best for both of you in the long term. I'm not saying that she should be worth more to you than your truck, but if she isn't then there's no point in stringer her along.
My wife understand my need to have my 4Runner, but if circumstances happened where it was her or the 4Runner, the 4Runner would be gone in an instant.
