Big diffrence though...american ceo screws up, he gets booted with serveral million in his pocket. in china a chinese ceo screws up, they get executed (the toys with the lead paint was on example.)
China allows there market to do what ever they want. But if it makes china look bad, they suffer some serious consequences. Just my 2 cents.
