Yes it does. It's the rotor, hub (the main part of the hub that the bearings are in) and ifs caliper.
You gain the width and vented rotors. The down fal is that the rotor doesn't contact the entire brake pad. It misses the last 3/16" or so. You also need a spacer that spaces the rotor inboard approx. 5/8". Do a search hear, and on pirate4x4.com there is a ton of info already out there, and lots of pics too.
