Its not what Toyota was thinking, it was the American public was thinking...they wanted luxury, smooth ride and creature comforts. Everyone else around the world needs dependable, bullet proof trucks. So we lose out.

That Double cab is running a bunch of Marlin goodies, I saw it on pirate the other day, its got marlin duals with 4.7s and a bunch of other marlin products. Solid axle cruisers are still in production in a lot of places IIRC. The info is in this thread I am too lazy to find it :P
