The engine load is a calculated value.  It is based on many sensor readings such as the MAF, ECT, TPS, CKP, CMP, KNK and so on.  As to your earlier posts on the TPS possibly being off, it is very normal for it to read 8% or so at idle, and 80-85% is generally what you get at max throttle.  Also at WOT the PCM goes back into open loop and just dumps the fuel to it and ignores basically all the other sensor inputs.  Awsome project by the way, I'd love a 3RZ in my 91, but I don't think I'll do it.
