Looks great (exactly what I need to do up front).   I missed it, why exactly were you driving around with 31s on one side?

Thanks!  It ended up being alot of work but I know it will be worth it once I start wheeling and flexing out the front.  It might still rub but at least its rubbing on smooth sheetmetal, not that sharp pinch seam.

I don't have the passenger side rear quarter panel cut out yet.  The 40 would rub big time just driving on the street.  So, I left the 31" rollers on the passenger side and mounted the 40's on the driver's side
