yea, but those tires are supposed to have bullet proof sidwalls. thats part of the reason why thier so pricey. i would tell them you ran into a rock, its what is made to do. the hospital in the town where i live have to go to some pretty remote and sometimes rocky areas to help people, and they run those same tires on all their ambulence's. along with being lifted and on bags, the reason why the run them is because their sidewals are supposed to hold up to tearing and gashing. i think there a good year dealer in towards the end of down town just past cycle recyclers but before you get to skyway. i grew up in chico so i kinda still remeber the area. run it by them and see what they say. let me know what they say. when your ready for a new set, get a hold of me and i'll get you a set at cost.
The good year dealer is actually on cohasset across the street from wendys and stuff now (kind of on the corner of cohasset and east ave)
I may bring it by and see what they say. Im not too worried, i got my ghetto looking spare on it now.
