Did someone mention Spam?

Slice spam into 1/4 " steaks
sear to a dark golden brown
heat pan with 1/4 cube of butter and drop in seasoned asparagus, fry until just limp.
mash boiled potatos

and serve with a chilled mug of your favorite grog  :beer:
