i've got a lincoln 225 ark welder, works great. easy to strike, encellent penetration, and not large. around 500 bucks new.
personally i've had alot of problems with mig welders when it comes to the wires, they always seem to get bent and wont go through the line for me.
have to be careful with the line so that it does not get kinked.
