I have a Hobart Handler 125, Factory Specs page.

I have put somewhere between 150-200lbs of wire through it welding everything from sheet metal to 1/4" angle iron(prepped edges) over the last 7yrs, and it hasn't skipped a beat.

Not trying to brag, but at work Ive put down 45 pounds in 3 days, how crazy is that.

I use a 89.99 Harbor Freight Welder with Lincoln Electric wire from Lowes/Home Depot .35, and I can burn 3/16 plate on max and get full penetration! I was amazed the other day when I welded then grinded the weld flat!

That's not a full pen weld Haha that's not a partial pen
