okay from my knowledge cause i run the same motor and i had this problem many times and usaully something differnt every time. First of all you have to run power from you fuel pump through the orignal harness because it goes through the computer you need to find the orignal hot wire from the fuel pump and splice it in so theres power through everything its because of all the computer crap.Your fuel filter could be clogged or your cold start injector is not functioning. good luck with it though. i'll look into it an see if i can find anything else.
