yah your right on the A zone. We got around 2000 acres outside willits that backs up to B-zone national forest that is inaccesable to the public. That buck was an A buck and I am up here now and am going to hit up b for the weekend. I Hunted A for 6 days this year and I only saw him and one other small buck so it is not that great but there pretty big. B is where the big guys are though. I cant wait to get out there in the morning.

Next year im getting two tags - A and D3-D5. I am in a club with a lot of private land in A but all my local stuff that I go to with buddies is D5.

Went up to our usualy spot outside of Pioneer this weekend, seen plenty of deer but only 1 buck. He was a big gray b*std at least a 3x3. We came around a logging road and he was scraping a manzaneta bush. There where a couple of does with him. There was so many bushes he escaped up the ridge when we tried to surround him. Had him in my crosshairs for about a second. almost :(
