One reason for sure. They're listening! So every time I have conversations with certain buds we like to add the "term of the day" randomly in our conversations. Last week it was "pregnant turtle".
I'm all for being able to say what I want, act how I want, etc., but still have a streak of respect for those around me. I get triggered on that 'restraint' thing when I;m standing in line at a movie theater (true story here) and there's a BUNCH of kids in line to see the latest Disney movie and there's a group of morons wearing shirts with with sayings like "F. the Fin' Fers. and images of nude women blazened front and rear. A situation where restraint is needed. When confronted, the idiots wanted to throw obscenities and threats at the parents and just about start a riot. I'm all for the 1st, but there are situations where, for civilities sake, a modicum of restraint should be practiced.
