Mostly to see what's going on in the specified community. Too bad that media is killing this type of site. Even here the need for a modicum of restraint is advisable.
I occasionally check out club4ag, but I can't remember my password and most of that community has leaked to FaceBook.
So far here, the only thing I have seen, is them trying to keep it from devolving into something like Pirate, where every topic, was like their off topic section, except for the "newbie" section. Though given that Amazon controls something like 95% of internet servers, they could do to this site, or any site, what it wants to, just as they did to Parlor, or at least until they pending lawsuits make their way through the courts. Fortunately, by Psaki announcing that the Biden Administration is working with/asking Facebook to censor misinformation about wuhan, and advocating that being banned from one, should be a ban from all, the children running the White House just gave Trump, and all the others suing big tech/social/media over censoring speech, the silver bullet needed to deny them from being able to censor any speech moving regardless of their claims. The Court has ruled that not only can the government not limit speech directly, it cannot compel speech in individuals or entities, and due to the power that governments have, it has deemed that when a government ask someone ort a group to do "X", it is the same as compelling them to do "X"
