Thanks, it's an Outdoor Logic bumper.  They are out of business now though to my understanding.

Buutttt I guess he just sold it last night.  If you want one, the only place they are going to pop up is on t4r.org.  They are made for 3rd gen runners, not sure if you can fab them to fit on anything else without a ton of work... no idea.

and that lightbar would be sick recessed into the grill.... or under the hoop of your bumper, if it'll fit.

yea the fairlead was a bday gift along with the winch which just saved my ass from flopping.

mike needs to let me use his welder to weld tabs on the bumper so i can mount it, till then its a shelf hanger, its super bright tho,already tested it

ebay my man, the amsteel blue was just was to rich for my blood,.. i just used it today, deffently works good or else it would have ripped.

went up to the highlakes early this morning with a buddy since the other guys bailed, had some fun and almost flopped, luckily the winch and some good spotters helped strap me up so i didnt go all the way over. thanks to the guy who i never got his name!
didnt take much pics since we were on the move pretty good, i need to break that habit and take ones of the good stuff.





The hole that almost ate me and my runner, it was much bigger and deeper in person like 10  feet deep,you kno the saying that "pictures dont it justice"
dont ask me how i ended up in it, no clue,too much skinny pedal i guess....but i was inches from flopping and the passenger tires got off the ground.i was puckering the whole time and thought if i shifted my weight id be a gonner. lol and the buddy i was with didnt get a pic cuz he was so nervous that i was gonna die.haha

Rig is looking good. I have been checking out that same winch line on e-bay for the last week or so. I have that same fairlead ready to install once I get some synthetic. Interested to see how the non name brand stuff holds up.

stop thinking about it and buy it! haha i did the same for a couple weeks and just got it as an impulse purchase one day and glad i did.

it held up fine for the first use, laid the 4runner on its side almost in the snow over the weekend and it literally pulled me out of the hole and put my passenger tires back on the ground,it was a side pull too so more strenuous on the rope and it didnt give way, checked it for tears or frays and it looks the same as it did before the pull. ive just been told to cover it if its gonna see alot of uv from the sun. also have to use duct tape to get it started on the drum spool to keep it from slipping.

I did end up getting some. Picked up some Warn 3/8 x 100 from a co worker that put some spendy Viking line on his rig.

not much done to the 4runner lately, been building a buddys 22r and i just traded my old pos kia sportage i had for a 94 single cab flat bed toyota. dont plan on building it up more if any, just cosmetic stuff. gonna beat on it and dd it once i get all the stuff working how i want it. that way im not driving the 4runner day after day.
it has stock duals, all pro springs, rebuilt 22re, w56, 5.29s,locked f&r, allpro flat bed and 35" mtrs.
its for sure faster then the runner in a sense thats its lighter and on 35s. cant tell how fast im goin since the speedo doesnt work and it doesnt have a tach or the temp gauge. its gonna need some work but in no way am i going to drop alot of coin into this rig, its is what it is, a beater. i might even sell it later on down the road.

probably, i just got it home today, was hauling ass up clark road since i wanted to get it back here so i can fix all the crap it needs and didnt want to get pulled over since i have no insurance on it and alot of the lights dont work, like brake lights and blinkers.

lol thanks, yea i drove it from lodi all the way up here. did great and goes pretty fast then what im used too.
im the only guy who would get another wheeler as his dd.

once i get sliders on it im sure ill be trying to flop it at prairie city

ace alternators out of southern CA, i ordered it off their ebay listing.

direct bolt it on my 85. no mod necessary.
over the stock 60 amp u can see the difference

yea he had it listed since november 2013 i guess. Im guessing it was worth about 4, not much was done to it, pretty stockish, had 31s on black steelies and a small lift with with some kc lights. i didnt have it listed for sale or trade at all since the head gasket was bad, then i fixed it and decided to offer it to him. worked out pretty good for the both of us.

Should be a fun truck. That generation should be easier to get parts for than the 1st and 2nd stuff. The local pick n pull here has about 15 90-95 4runners that would have lots of interior and exterior parts that fit that truck.

where do u live? yea it needs alot of interior little things, new door panels, hinges,locks, regulators, stuff like that that i dont want to buy new.

got the light bar mounted and wired up, thing is bright as  for an ebay item

Finally got the 63s hung and im pretty happy with the new setup, the double shackles look sketch but they are temporary til i get new mounts.
no blocks is also a plus, only ran them when i first got the truck on stock springs and never will again.
moved my axle back a half inch or so but what was the best part is i only had to set everything up once, sat at the perfect height i wanted it the first time i dropped it back down. Moved my shock mounts to the front part of the axle so now i can run 12s instead of the 10s bottoming out on top of the axle.
gonna need to trim more fender out of the rear so it doesnt rub the back half too much at full stuff.

Nice. What's the new frame height? And ya I run 10s in the back was 8s with the first set of springs but mine are in the vertical straight up and down position

unfortunately still the same at 24" haha.

and yea the bad thing about having a low cog 4runner is cant run tall shocks in the rear unless u cut into the floor or move the mounts way down on the axle. but ill be happy with 12s.

Haha thats till low and ya i plan on doing a cage sometime in the future and when i do I'm cutting the floor and re doing my rear shocks for sure lol its crammed under there

yea im gonna cut them off,started raining yesterday and i didnt get a chance to. my dad said to keep it on there just in case i change my mind hahaha

i cant believe i waited this long to finally do this swap, now i need to put those 14s in the front and my 12s in the rear.
