what kind of threadlocker?

just got my new ARP knuckle studs, and i was wondering what color of threadlocker you guys used.

I used blue
1988 Blue Std Cab: SAS, Longs, HP/ARB/5.29 Front, ARB/5.29 Rear, Marlin Dual Ultimate w/ 23 Spline MC07XD-R10, Marlin 30 Spline Front & Rear Output Shafts, Dave's Triple shifter, FROR crossmember, Bilstein 12" f+r, RUF w/ 63s, 7in bob, 40x13.5x17 MTR's on Racelines Monster Beadlocks 17x9.5

i got blue and red today. i wasnt  sure which one to use. the red is higher strength. any reason i shouldnt use that one? does it matter? its not like im gonna be taking em out often

i have used blue also, but if its not 100 percent new and clean i will use red...

I use red when I don't ever plan taking something back out
A little heat on the stud, nut or bolt will soften the red and they come right out. All I use is red.

Red, dont even bother with the blue

I only use blue on 10mm or smaller bolts that don't need a lot of "glue"



Or be a badass and use green Sleeve Retainer

Black, or some of the stuff they produce for the industrial side of things...

I have a bottle of unknown type of loctite, i got it from a friend that put together some precision high dollar machinery at a complex out here in Hillsboro, he said only use it on stuff you NEVER want to come apart
