Can I reuse my old head studs or do I need to buy new for my 22re?

I would rather install new head stud due to the age of these motor and plus if you search online they are dirt cheap a set of brand new for under thirty dollar ship to your house.

ARP head studs can be reused. And are far superior then bolts.
If you see it, its for sale.

if you have head STUDS then yes you can reuse them.     if you have head bolts like they came from the factory they say to always replace them but if you make sure they havent stretched or that they will bottom out then don't worry about it.  especially if you dont mind doing a headgasket again later  :p
