Very nice. I would like to see a build thread on that truck. That's a winch on the rear axle, correct?

Thanks, build thread started. Look for the "Blue Beauty"

This is just the mock up floor. An expanded metal floor for the driver side is in the works. Full access to the electronics is still possible. The rear ammo can handle was trimmed in order to miss the battery.

Loving the custom intake! That  :pokinit: is flopping  :boobs:  Nicely done!  :smokin:

I appreciate your compliment, thanks.  :beerchug:

The new intake arrangement. The other route was a bit invasive.

the clear floor is so sick!!!!!

I thought so too, at first. When rolled outside the visibility factor drop 3 points due to the dust, sun glare, and scratches.  It didn't take very long for the scratches to accumulate.

I think the expanded metal floors will work well for me. I really like the visibility. I will trim some cheap trucker mud flaps and zip tie them in if I need to "seal" the floors more.

This was the first intended intake route that overcrowded the passenger, and it was starting to block my line of site.

The only thing that scares me with those floors is debri coming up and through. Have you seen those post where wheeler managed to send a branch up through there floorboard or firewall? Doesn't look enjoyable lol.

Tankard

Sure have. A friend of mine had a tree come thru his headlight, firewall, then slam between the seats a few years ago. I would have po-do'd my britches if I was in there.

As far as being worried, no. I grew up on motorcycles and this doesn't seem to be any different. Wheeling is a little slower and when a crash I don't get smashed by my bike. All the terrain is the same too with the addition of big rocks.

Reused the brake pedal parts and booster. The pedals' curvy-ness contours to the base of the booster under full sweep.

In the end I opted to veer away from the booster. Being auto now, if I stall out in a funny spot, I still want to have brakes. My blue Sami didn't have working brakes on one trip I took to Browns. This made each failed attempt on the slippery 7-up an exciting white knuckled  :scared: descent. Lucky for me, I had plenty of rear shock stick out to soak it all up.

Every aspect of the vehicle during the build, has been constricted.

Thanks all these colors are good choices. I almost bought the blue again , but then I dropped the can and shattered the lid. I took this as an omen. So I ended up with some Rust-oleum Satin Claret Wine...I hope it looks good.

Here is a couple wiring schematics I drew up for this rig. More than likely I will use the simpler system with all 12 ga. wire and toggles as ground to chassis.
(Don't take this as gospel, I'm just an average Joe when it comes to wiring)

Toggle Box. Mounted high and easy to reach.

At the top of the box is a thru post. This post is the ground for all the accessory switches and doubles as a mounting hardware for the toggle box.

The new do.

Made as much additional room between the radiator and motor for a big tranny cooler. Removed only the useless items, PS belt tensioner and front sump dip stick. I was able to retain the stock belt.
