Yah, it does have a tall appearance to it. Currently, with the mock up seat in place I have 9" above my head. When I choose a proper seat that fits me correctly, I'm looking for at least 6" above my head with a helmet on. The majority of the cage width measures 47.5" inside the tube and 53" wide at the arm bar kick-out.

Big windows for viewing The Great Outdoors! I kept the door bars low so I can get my fat  :moon: in and out on those deep snow runs.

I sourced a pillow block drive line from a T-100 and added a slip.

I will try a SS bearing housing if the cast pillow block fails.

And all that remains of the sheet metal.

Thanks.

The exhaust is 2.25" aluminized Summit stuff. I used a flex joint between the motor and first hanger to gain some give. The muffler is a Moroso Spiral Flow, it probably should have came with ear plugs. The O2 bungs are re-used from factory Tacoma exhaust. After it was all TIG welded it got sprayed with ceramic header paint. Then wrapped in 2000 deg. Thermo-Tec exhaust header wrap. If i remember correctly it took 100 ft even to do the complete system including the manifold.

Post videos of exhaust!! I'm thinkin about my exhaust when I do my 3rz swap

Tankard

Flex joints are something I had to learn about the hard way in my tuner days. The stainless band clamps seal the joint well and are nice if you want the exhaust to slide apart easily. Both of these item can be found for around $15 each.

I will get video up when it fires again.

Its a date  :ladys-man: ...but seriously that would be cool. I usually spend most of my time rallying the roads, lost.

Alright cutie  :smooch: lol I know my way around so we are golden there, I just gotta start and finish my swap, hopefully alexs buggy is  soon as well

Tankard

A custom intake was inevitable at this point. The booster would not have a manifold living this close when he already has too many tubes next door.

Decided to not run wheel spacers this time. The "D" windows in the steel wheels needed some clearancing, as well as, the V6 calipers.

I don't think I'll be running 40's, again anytime soon.

35"-36" works well for me. I am currently in possession of 36" Iroks and a super bald set of knifed 38" TSL's. The TSL's are smaller than the Iroks by an inch or better. I could fit 40-42" if i go wider with the axles, but that's future talk.

Very nice. I would like to see a build thread on that truck. That's a winch on the rear axle, correct?

As far as know He does still offer this design.

Yes, it's a 2300 T-max. This rear end was built to prototype and test some products. It only took a couple spring buckets to make the swap into the first gen.
