hey well i found out today theres a wrinkle in the front drivers side frame you guys think i could off set my front hanger .5 in to correct it? or would that not work? if so i would gusset it in really good to be sure

best I could say is get your shackle tubes as equal as possible and measure from them to get your front hanger to be as true as possible and then also measure from other equal flush spots on the frame to make it work

ok i measured from the body mounts its off about 9/16 im gonna set the front hanger at an angle to correct it

yea i had 33s on my ifs without a lift i just cranked the torsion bars up

I hope you can get that front hanger mounted up as true as possible I know mine was a pain to get straight even with a straight frame  :crossed:

yea im still waiting on brake plate eliminators and leaf spring bushings then comes the mounting

well i picked up a bed for 60 and bobbed it 8in, i still gotta paint it. got the axle ready picking up my leaf springs tomorrow setting the hanger in getting it straight then gonna try to build some custom packs and by the way i hate welding sheet metal  :shocking:

Nice looking truck, I have pretty much the same one, a semi built 93 I bought last month that I have been tinkering with.

ordered my steering box mounts they will be in monday so ill be cleaning all my mess up outside untill then and getting everything positioned right where i want it then i only have to mount my steering box and be done FINALLY!!!
