well,  my attorney  has sent Statefarm a  "broshure"  basically stating my doctor bills  and  that i will settle out of court for $55,000


still going after the  pregnant dog that caused the wreck  but he said  it might not get anything if she files bankruptcy :down:

Gotta love that huh?? My parents run a real estate pictorial (think autotrader for houses) and they get screwed all the time by scumbag Realtors. The last guy owed them something like 10K. they took him to court, paid for lawyers and spent a year in the courthouse trying to get their money. In the end he filed bankruptcy and they were out another 2-3K on lawyers on top of what he owed them.....  :shake:

well i saw the neurologist again yesterday,  :down:  he  said  the area of the skull where the brain attached to the spinal cord waas kinda  squished into the hole

the brain stem  is  pulled or  squished into the hole that it supposed to connect to the spinal cord,  and he thinks  if i have surgery to cut away  part of my skull basically enlarging the hole  that i woint have the weird and often severe pain that i have

he did give me some NICE  pain pills strong muscle relaxers (supposed to make flexeril look like baby aspirn)

well, my computer is still not fixed so i gotta get off this think,  about 20-30 minutes is all i can stand to be online right now :down:
