This is the text of a note I posted in the comments section on Subway's site.

   "Hi,
  Just a quick comment. This evening we picked up 2 sandwiches at the store above...we didn't get a receipt to back this up.
  We got one Turkey and Bacon...that one went alright.
  The other we got was a BLT...the initials tell what the ingredients are...Bacon, Lettuce and Tomato. Well, for the 2nd time (another store) I got the B...but no LT. I know the labor pool of today leaves many things, like common sense, to be desired...but this is a bit much. I'm sure...the corporate training is for the employee to put the ingredients on as requested by the customer...I understand this might be a challenge for some of the goobers out there today. Again...I would like to point out that the name lists the ingredients. Just because I didn't specify L and T doesn't mean I only want a B. To add insult to injury...the provolone was left off. You might have to modify your hiring standards to include more than the ability to fog up a mirror.

oddly enough this is the ONLY place recently that has not let me down... my order's typially off the beaten path of regular orders and they come through everytime.

that certainly made me laugh though, i feel ya.... the service being given out now day's is absolutely horrible.

I could go for a BLT without the LT ahahaha. I can't believe they didnt put the LT. People these days only want to get awat with the bare minimum and honestly its gettin pretty old real quick. I had the same type of problem last weekend at Cracker Barrel. My SCRAMBLED eggs werent cooked all the way and my bro's burger wasnt even cooked, twas almost rare.
