to cut them i used a circle cutter attachment on the pazma at work then i used a friends beadlock ring for a timplate for the holes then i stacked them all ontop of eachother and tack welded them togeather then drilled like hell it took about 2-3 hours to drill them i could of punched them but i was afraid they would warp

KYOTA

good job man! your truck sure has come a long way!!! have you thought about the Hammers run in April?

yotaboy79

rednk1980

ill be running 6inches of all pro lift so i should clear the 37's just fine. 39's are to big for my axles

just so you know the 37x13.5 iroks look like freaking balloones they have the narrowest tread width out of all the iroks but the over all width is the same if your getting iroks id get eather the 36 or the 39.5 or go with another tire but thats just me

rednk1980

thats the bias ply im getting the radials which are 12.50 not 13.50

no when its like that it makes it more fun nothin like a little pucker factor to get the heart pumping and the tires work freaking awsome they dont hook up quite as well on hard icey snow as the old sx's did but every where else there awsome

robrub00

nice build up thread.  looks cool.  I like the rear bumper you made early on.  are you still using it when you built the  flatbed?  also what seats are thoese out of? a jetta?
bunch of stuff for sale!!!!------> http://board.marlincrawler.com/index.php?topic=31225.0

yotaboy79

thanks and that bumper got demolished it almost came off in 2 peaces and i dont know what the seats are out of but i like them they where sitting in the lobby of the local pick a part with a 40 dollar price tag on them so i baught them im pritty shure there from a toyota because the general mounting design was the same just a different hole pattern

yotaboy79

i picked up a new motor a 7mge as long as i can get it running its going in, i wanna get all the wiring done and hooked up and fire it in the truck it came in that way i dont have to pull mine apart tell i know its going to work the only thing im conserned about is that it wont be able to lug as well as the old 20r but i think its a sacrafice i can live with sense most the trails in oregon are muddy rocky and steep it should make it a little more interesting :_oops:

yotaboy79

well i guess its time that i update this resently it got arp hub studs and drive flanges and i sheered the bottom two studs holding the rear therd in it also pulled the two studs above that half way out and tweeked the housing a little so its back in the shop im doing hydro assist and new steering links out of of 1 1/4 .250 wall dom and 3/4 x5/8 hiems im also modifying my nuckles and steering arms to take a 5th stud i was gunna go all out and do a custom six stud settup but i dont have the time right now so that will probably happen later down the road when i get board and in the rear im doing a traction bar out of 1 1/2 .250 wall dom and im gunna give a set of pivot blocks a try and then to fix the little therd member stud issue im going to try and bend the housing back and then drill the housing and therd out to except eather 3/8 or 5/16 grade 8 bolts and tack weld them in from the back side ill have some pics up tomarrow
