dont see enough rain in the forecast to cause more problems. Hopefully everyone stays on the trail.

We left on Tuesday afternoon, pitched a tent below Posi, and wheeled more Wednesday (yesterday). The trail was plenty clean, hardly any snow patches and basically no water in the river beds.

BALD MOUNTAIN - WINTER USE: Bald Mountain will remain open for winter wheeling! Remember: Effective 12/15 - No Four Wheel Drive Vehicles are allowed on Rock Creek Road from the Lower Green Gate to Base Camp. This is in effect through 4/15. The road is groomed for the snow mobiles and cross country skiers. You will be sited if caught.

Bald Mountain Trail System (Lower Green Gate to Upper Green Gate) is close for snow melt from April 02 through May 29. There is an overlap from 4/15-5/29 when Bald Base Camp is open, but that is just Rock Creek Road and Base Camp- Still not legal to go out on the trails until 5/30... These date can be adjusted per the Forest Service discretion depending on the snow base etc... These "Season Use Dates" are in accordance to the FS.USDA.GOV MVUM (Motor Vehicle Use Map).

I like the new tire rack.  Your gonna have to put me in touch with the welder/fabricator of it.
