Where are you feeling the vibrations, seat, steering wheel, cab?  When do you feel the vibrations when accelerating, decelerating, or holding steady speed?

Are you sure your tires are properly balanced?  Driveline still has factory weights?  Drivetrain noisy?

my tires are perfect. The vibration is through the whole truck cab and seat.. not the steering. Some times the truck is smooth and then I go around a few corners and get back on the hiway and the vibration is suddenly very noticable. does not change with accel decel. I can even put in the clutch going down hill and it does not change. My guess is it is driveline or rear end related.

I would bet that your drive shaft is not happy.  What is the angel on your t-case, and what is the angle on your pinion?

I have checked the angle of the tcase and pinion and did how to shim the rear end a bit. but they are  as close to perfect as I can get them. Good articles in 4xshaft. I think I will pull the driveline apart and give her a real good inspection.
thanks all

You don't only feel vibration from a tire being out of balance through the steering wheel.  Just curious, how are you sure they're balanced properly?

from my experience most vibrations go away with higher speed except wheel balance, with the greater speeds approaching fifty five you will get vibrations.  Brakes would be felt when applied, mostly driveline with initial accel or decel from a higher speed.  I have watched shops balance tires wrong, not recheck after applying inside weight before outside, sometimes not even re run it to check balance.

i don't know if this will help. i pulled my rear d line the other day and when i put it back. i put the u joints out of phase. i had the same problem as you . so to fix it i just pulled the d line correctly oriented u joints using the slip yolk splines. now its all better :twocents:

The type of vibrations you are experiencing are usually from out of balance tires.  If the vibrations have just come about recently, you may have thrown a weight or two, or have a separation in one or more of the tires.  The vibrations could also be being made worse through worn out body bushings.

I just swaped my 4 speed for a 5 speed and it rubes on the trans tunnel a bit...  Probably not your problem but it does cause an all speed vibration.

X2 on that i did the same, line up the yokes, and get 3-6* shims for the rear if ur pinion angle is even slighty bent
