CV Driveshaft rebuild problem

I need to rebuild my front driveshaft on my 82 and want to do iy myself but can not find any info on it anywhere. Are there any links on this subject? Looked all over and cant find anything or just over looked it. :inthedark:

Use the info found on this link. It also shows you how to get more travel out of the CV. I used it and did the modification.

good luck. there hard not to break when u pound the u joints out
:usa: 92 xcab, full width, 39.5 boggers, beadlocks, 60 f arb 5.86s , 60 r spool , duals, 4.7 rear... 3.sl0, bobed , all pro 6 inch leafs f and r :usa:

I have rebuilt/modified 12-15 in the last 11 years and never broke one.

o thats sick..i just had some bad luck wit my first one..the stupid h connector, middle part broke..after that i just always built a new shaft..square ..simple..is there any special tools u use to get them apart?
